Description
This managed 19″ switch with DMS targets applications with high data volume such as video over IP and video streaming, multicast included, and its management scope also covers complex network requirements. It offers 24 copper ports of 10/100/1000TX with RJ45 plus two SFP slots for 100/1000 as an optical uplink; configuration runs over console, web GUI and SNMPv1, v2c and v3, and an RS232 console port with RJ45 is fitted. At layer 3 it supports static routing for IPv4 and IPv6 unicast, while VLAN handling covers 802.1Q tagging with up to 255 VLAN groups, Q-in-Q and private VLAN; link aggregation to IEEE 802.3ad LACP or as a static trunk provides 18 groups of 8 ports. The backplane delivers 52GBit/s, the MAC table holds 8k entries, and jumbo frames up to 9600 bytes are supported at 100MBit/s as well. Fanless and ring-capable, the switch is fed with 100-240VAC at 50-60Hz, draws 40W at most, works from 0°C to 40°C and measures 442 x 44 x 221mm at 2.8 kg net.
