The PC-BTPMC101-10GE is a media converter without management that links a 1G/10G TX copper port with RJ45 to an SFP/SFP+ port for 1G/10G BaseFX. The copper port supplies power to IEEE 802.3af, at and bt with up to 90 W. On the copper side the reach is a maximum of 100 m at 1G with Cat5 or better and 50 m at 10G with Cat6a or better, while on the optical side distance depends on the SFP, as does LC duplex or simplex operation. Power can be fed redundantly and is 12-56 VDC without PoE, 48-56 VDC with PoE and 52-56 VDC for PoE++ from 30 W, with the unit itself drawing a maximum of 4 W without PoE. It meets protection class IP30, supports link fault pass through and carries FCC Class A and CE marking. MTBF is 1'284'700 h at 20 C and 188'900 h at 75 C; the housing measures 104 x 32 x 82 mm without connectors and works from -40 C to +75 C. Operating on layer 2 and layer 3, this 19″ switch was developed for applications with high data loads such as video over IP and video streaming including multicast, and extensive security features protect the switch itself as well as the network traffic. It carries 24 copper ports of 10/100/1000TX with RJ45 and PoE+ to 802.3af (15W) and 802.3at (30W) with a maximum of 370W across all ports, plus four SFP/SFP+ ports at 1G/10G and an RS232 console port with RJ45. Cameras powered over PoE are monitored continuously and restarted after a failure, and Non Stop PoE is available. Beyond static routing it supports OSPFv2/v3 and RIPv1/v2; administration runs through web GUI, DMS, SNMPv1, v2c and v3, console, Telnet and RMON, with individual management access methods able to be disabled. For video networks with heavy data loads, this industrial Layer 2/3 switch provides eight copper ports 10/100/1000TX on RJ45, with ports 1 to 4 carrying PoE+ and ports 5 to 8 PoE++, within a maximum of 360W across all ports. Description
The AC-SFP+SM-E-10 addresses 10 gigabit links over singlemode, occupying two fibres and bridging up to 10 km. Transmit and receive wavelengths are both 1310 nm and the module plugs in via LC/PC duplex. Optical output power extends from -6 dBm to 0.5 dBm, sensitivity is -10.3 dBm and input power may reach 0.5 dBm. The optical budget is 4.3 dB with a minimum path attenuation of 0 dB. It is specified for -40 °C to +85 °C and weighs 0.015 kg net.
