Description
This industrial Layer 2/3 switch for DIN rail mounting targets video networks and Ethernet ring structures at 10, 100 and 1000MBit/s to IEEE802.x. All eight copper ports 10/100/1000TX carry PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ with auto MDI/MDIX and auto-negotiation, a maximum of 480W PoE is available across those eight ports, and two SFP slots for 100/1000 complete the port layout. Should a ring be interrupted, it closes again automatically in under 50ms. The backplane delivers 24GBit/s, the MAC table holds 8k entries, and static routing is available for IPv4 and IPv6 unicast. Power arrives through screw terminals at 54VDC with optional redundancy, whereby PoE+ and PoE++ require at least 54VDC; operation is rated from -40°C to +75°C at 5% to 95% relative humidity.
- DIN rail mounting, 135x62x130mm
- 8 x 10/100/1000TX with PoE, PoE+ and PoE++
- Maximum PoE power 480W over all eight ports
- 2 x 100/1000 SFP, 24GBit/s backplane
- Ring recovery in less than 50ms
- 54VDC redundant supply, -40°C to +75°C
Made by
Barox from Switzerland builds network technology for video security: managed and unmanaged PoE switches for desktop, 19" rack, DIN rail and outdoor cabinets with an extended temperature range, fibre media converters, PoE injectors and midspans, coax and Ethernet extenders for moving analogue installations to IP, plus industrial and redundant power supplies. AI4Vision is an authorised distributor; every device comes with technical data and its data sheet, trade prices after login.
