Day and night switching is electrical and WDR is rated 120dB, joined by BLC, HLC, SSDR, SSNRⅤ, defog, digital image stabilisation and LDC. The electronic shutter spans 2~1/12,000sec, white balance offers ATW, AWC, manual, indoor and outdoor, and gain control has three steps. Motion detection uses eight 8point polygonal zones while privacy masking provides 32 areas in selectable colours or as a mosaic. The SLA-T2480V is a 2MP lens module using a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with 1,945 x 1,109 effective pixels, or 2.16 megapixels. Its fixed focal length is 2.4 mm at F2.0, covering 138° horizontally, 73° vertically and 165° diagonally. Minimum illumination is 0.45 lux in colour and 0.045 lux in black-and-white. Focus is fixed and the connection to the main unit runs over RJ12. The black plastic and metal body measures 30 x 27.9 x 45 mm, weighs 328 g and is rated from -10 °C to +55 °C.
