Description
Cast aluminium camera housing with wiper, window heater and blower, so mist and ice can be cleared from the front glass without a trip up the pole. Everything runs off one Ethernet cable: 30 W, 60 W or 90 W PoE at 50 to 57 V DC, backward compatible with 802.3af and 802.3at. A 30 W PSE leaves 25 W for the gear, a 60 W PSE 48 W and a 95 W PSE 72 W; the camera itself is fed 12 W of passive PoE compliant with 802.3af, and 24 V DC at 48 W is available as well. Consumption: 10 W window heater, 2 W blower, 6 W wiper, 6 to 12 W camera. Box cameras with 8 to 80 mm lenses fit inside. Rated IP66 and IK10, it runs from -20 °C to 65 °C, or -20 °C to 50 °C with IR LEDs; the wiper works between -10 °C and 60 °C, the heater switches on at 20 °C and off at 30 °C, the blower on at 35 °C and off at 25 °C. One RS485 port, four M16 glands, 502.8 x 170 x 158.5 mm, 2.9 kg. A side-opening alarm switch, an adjustable sunshield and the ITB (Illuminator Touch Board), which takes an optional vari-IR illuminator and hides its wiring, are part of the housing.
