Description
This unmanaged media converter routes two 10/100TX copper ports with RJ45 and screw clamp onto a fixed 100FX optical port for multimode fibres with SC duplex and a reach of up to 2 km. One of the copper ports acts as a PoE source to 802.3af/at with a maximum of 60 W. The backplane delivers 0.5 Gbit/s, the MAC table holds 1k entries, and link fault pass through is supported. Power is fed through 2 x 48-56 VDC at a maximum draw of 3 W and 10 BTU/h thermal loss. The unit meets protection class IP30, measures 104 x 32 x 82 mm and can be mounted on a DIN rail, on a table or on a wall, with an operating range from -40 C to +75 C.
