Description
The Rittal SK 3105.320 is a PTC heater without fan for the control cabinet of a Securitbox. It keeps the temperature above the dew point so that no moisture settles and electronics neither corrode nor suffer from short circuits. At 10 °C it delivers a continuous 18 W - 20 W and runs on 110 V - 240 V, 1~, 50 Hz/60 Hz; it is protected by a 2 A miniature circuit-breaker or fuse. The anodised aluminium housing measures 45 x 120 x 46 mm, weighs 0.2 kg, reaches IP 20 to IEC 60 529 and protection class II (insulated), and operates between -33 °C and 65 °C. Rittal includes a quick-connect terminal and assembly parts and recommends a thermostat for exact control and a hygrostat against condensation on components. Securitbox supplies the heater including mounting material, temperature sensor and test run.
