Description
EPoC receive switch for the head end of a coaxial run: four 75 Ω BNC ports and one Gigabit RJ45 port, plus a built-in 250 W supply for 100 to 240 VAC. Working in RX mode, it carries data and PoE onward over existing RG6 coax – at 1,200 m the camera still gets 9.7 W, whatever brand it is. That lets older RG59 or RG6 CCTV cabling be moved to IP without pulling new cable, and unlike fibre the coax delivers the camera's power as well. Every coax port has 6 kV surge protection, and the unit also accepts 56 VDC as a back-up feed. Brackets for a 19-inch rack are included. Size 276.6 x 178 x 44 mm, weight 1 kg, operating range -10 °C to 50 °C, EN60950-1.
