Description
The Ajax TurretCam HL is a wired outdoor IP camera built around a 5 MP CMOS sensor of the 1/2.8" type behind a fixed 2.8 mm lens with a fixed f/1.6 aperture. Its field of view spans 100–110° horizontally, 50–60° vertically and 125–135° diagonally, with DORI distances of 65 m for detection, 26 m for observation, 13 m for recognition and 6.5 m for identification. The white LED of the hybrid illumination reaches up to 50 m, colour capture starts at 0.005 lx and black-and-white goes down to 0 lx, at more than 52 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 120 dB dynamic range (True WDR). Running at up to 25 FPS, the camera offers 5 MP (2880 × 1620), 4 MP (2560 × 1440), 3 MP (2304 × 1296), 2 MP (1920 × 1080) and 0.6 MP (1024 × 576) in H.265 or H.264, rotated by 0° or 180° if needed, stored on microSD or an Ajax NVR alongside the G711-ULAW, G711-ALAW, G726 and G722 audio codecs. AI object detection distinguishes people, pets and vehicles, and the video protocol is JetSparrow. The camera connects through one RJ-45 self-adaptive Ethernet port (10/100 Mbps) with HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, IPv4, RTSP, UDP, DHCP and DNS, conformant with ONVIF® Profile S.
