Description
The Superior LineSupply Fibra adds power to security devices on a Fibra line and can be inserted at any point of that line. Wiring uses a 4-core cable, and the run between the module and the hub may reach up to 6,500 ft. Mains input is 100–240 V~, 50/60 Hz at a device nominal voltage of 12 V⎓, backed up by a 12 V⎓ battery with a capacity from 7 to 17 Ah that recharges to 80% within 24 hours. Power output amounts to 30 W per output line plus 15 W for charging the backup battery. Low battery voltage is 11.3 V⎓, recovery voltage 14.3 V⎓ and end-of-life voltage 10.5 V⎓, with a maximum peak-to-peak ripple of 5% compliant with EN 50131-6. Sabotage protection covers overvoltage on the Fibra signal lines, device authentication against spoofing and communication loss detection after 36 s.
