Description
This wireless device raises both an audible and a visual alarm and reaches the system over Jeweller radio, which uses two-way communication, frequency hopping and block encryption with a dynamic key. The link runs at up to 5,550 ft with GFSK modulation and up to 20 mW ERP, and automatic power control limits both consumption and radio interference. Thirty-two sound patterns are available, among them tone 1 at 970 Hz from 71 dB and tone 2 at 800 Hz / 970 Hz @ 2 Hz from 76 dB, each reaching a maximum of 100 dB, while the light output cycles 90 ms ON and 1,910 ms OFF over 2,000 ms, or 0.5 Hz. Four CR123A cells give a calculated life of up to 5 years at 185 mA in alarm mode, with Huiderui CR123A, 3 V, 1,600 mAh LiMnO₂ as the recommended type. The enclosure measures 5.71 × 5.71 × 2.00 in, weighs 1.237 lb and works from 14 °F to 140 °F at up to 80% humidity. A SmartBracket lock holds the unit on its mounting panel, device authentication counters spoofing, and connection loss is reported after 36 s.
