Description
Ajax Curtain Outdoor Mini Jeweller is a wireless curtain-type motion detector for outdoor use whose compact body simplifies placement and reduces visibility. Detection relies on 1 × PIR sensor and 1 × K-band microwave sensor over a distance of up to 16.4 ft, with angles of 15° horizontally and 100° vertically, at motion speeds from 1 to 6.6 ft/s and across five sensitivity levels. Dual motion detection technology and SmartDetect counter false alarms, and pet immunity applies up to 28 inches in height with weight irrelevant. Transmission runs over Jeweller and Wings, each with two-way communication, advanced anti-sabotage, block encryption featuring a dynamic key, a radio range of up to 5,550 ft, GFSK modulation and up to 20 mW ERP in the 866.0–866.5 MHz, 868.0–868.6 MHz, 868.7–869.2 MHz, 905.0–926.5 MHz, 915.85–926.5 MHz and 921.0–922.0 MHz bands. Device authentication, an anti-masking system and an accelerometer report tampering, and communication loss is detected after 36 s. Power comes from 2 × CR123A batteries of type C with a calculated life of up to 3 years.
