Description
Case E (395) is a waterproof casing for an Ajax hub with an internal battery and can be used indoors or outdoors regardless of the weather. It holds 1 hub and 1 module, with the plastic holders Module Holder type A and type B provided for mounting. The battery is fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener, and the lid uses captive screws. Measuring 395 × 300 × 110 mm, the black variant weighs 2.25 kg. Protection class IP66 and impact resistance IK10 are stated, the operating range runs from −25 °C to +60 °C at up to 95 % humidity with no condensation, and a 24-month warranty applies.
