Description
The Ajax BulletCam is an outdoor IP surveillance camera using a 5 MP CMOS image sensor of 1/2.7" type with a fixed 2.8 mm lens and a fixed f/1.6 iris. It covers 100–110° horizontally, 50–60° vertically and 125–135° diagonally, with DORI distances of 65 m for detection, 26 m for observation, 13 m for recognition and 6.5 m for identification. Night coverage relies on IR LED lighting with a maximum illumination distance of up to 60 m, listed as smart IR illumination up to 50 m. The stream is encoded in H.265 or H.264 at up to 2880 × 1620 pixels and up to 25 fps, assisted by 120 dB True WDR and a signal-to-noise ratio above 52 dB, while AI object detection separates people, pets and vehicles. Recordings can be kept locally on microSD cards up to 256 GB rated Class V30 or faster. Connection is made through a self-adaptive RJ-45 Ethernet port at 10/100 Mbps, conformant with ONVIF® Profile S and using the JetSparrow video protocol.
