Description
The SPE-420 is a video encoder with four BNC inputs (1.0 Vp-p / 75Ω composite NTSC/PAL) and automatic detection of CVBS as well as AHD, CVI and TVI at 1, 2, 4 and 5MP. Available codecs are H.265, H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10/AVC, Main/Baseline/High) and MJPEG with up to 2 profiles per channel; the main stream allows 12fps/CH at 5MP, 15fps/CH at 4MP and 30fps/CH (N) or 25fps/CH (P) for 1080p, 720p, WD1, 4CIF and CIF. Bitrate control for H.265 and H.264 is CBR or VBR, and audio is compressed as G.711 u-law. The feature set covers motion detection, privacy masking with four rectangular zones, de-interlacing, 4 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs (1 NO/COM/NC, 1 NO/COM), plus 4 line inputs and 1 line output; alarms are issued by FTP file upload or e-mail. Control is via 1x RS-485 (half duplex) with SAMSUNG-T and PELCO-P/D as well as coaxial control, while the network connection is 1 RJ-45 10/100 Base-T with IPv4 and IPv6. The HDMI output presents four images at 1920x1080.
