Description
The XNZ-6320A is a 2MP zoom camera module with H.265 support, built on a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor that captures Full HD at 1920x1080 pixels. Its lens runs from 4.44 to 142.6mm and combines 32x optical with 32x digital zoom behind a DC auto iris of F1.6 to F4.4, narrowing the horizontal field of view from 64.66 to 2.29 degrees. All resolutions support up to 60fps at 60Hz or 50fps at 50Hz in H.265 and H.264, MJPEG runs at 30fps, and multiple streams can be delivered in parallel. Challenging light is addressed by ICR day and night switching, 120dB WDR, defog and the BLC, HLC and SSDR functions, with minimum illumination of 0.05 lux in colour and 0.005 lux in black and white. Focusing is automatic or by oneshot AF from an object distance of 1.5m, and the module adds video and audio analytics, a direction indicator, PoE and 12VDC power, and two microSD/SDHC/SDXC slots for up to 512GB.
